If you're not completely happy with your collar, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. We want your dog to love their collar as much as you do.

How to start a return

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.

Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or pattern? Let us know and we'll get the right collar headed your way as soon as your original is on its way back to us.

Lifetime hardware warranty

Beyond the 90-day window, our hardware is covered for life. If a buckle or D-ring ever fails under normal use, contact us and we'll make it right.
