Every order ships free — no minimums, no surprises at checkout. We believe getting your pup their new collar should be the easy part.

Processing & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States.

During new drops and peak seasons, processing can take a little longer. We'll always email you the moment your order is on its way.

Tracking your order

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
